You must inform the club of when you wish to leave the club to enable the club to stop your subscriptions, notification must be supplied in writing to admin@ekgc.org by the 25th of the month prior to the next months payment. Failure to inform us of a child leaving will mean that subscriptions will continue until we are informed with no refund.
After the second visit all gymnasts must be registered with British Gymnastics to continue training. No gymnasts can train until this registration is completed.
